Strive Taekwondo Club is proud to announce the inaugural **Spirit of Harmony Poomsae Open 2025**, set to take place on **Saturday, 11th October** at the scenic **Salini Resort Hotel, Malta**. This landmark event, held in collaboration with **Iron Taekwondo League** and **Birżebbuġa Taekwondo Club**, is officially sanctioned by the **Malta Taekwondo Association**, promising a day of skill, discipline, and unity.

Open to practitioners of all ages and belt levels, the competition will feature individual, pair, team, family, and freestyle poomsae categories, with divisions ranging from Kids (5–11 years) to Under 60. Participants will perform designated poomsae based on their age and belt level, following the latest WT Poomsae Competition Rules.

A special highlight of the day will be a seminar conducted by the esteemed UK Poomsae Coach, Mr. Jack Durcan, offering valuable insights and training to all attendees.

To enhance the experience and provide more value—especially for younger participants—contestants have been paired up to perform their poomsae patterns again together. This initiative encourages greater participation, builds confidence, and fosters camaraderie among the athletes. List of categories provided below.

The event kicks off at 12:00 PM with registration and an opening ceremony, followed by a seminar and the start of competitions at 1:30 PM. Awards include Gold, Silver, and two Bronze medals per category, along with certificates of participation for all.

All attendees are expected to uphold the Code of Ethics and Conduct of Strive Taekwondo Club and the Malta Taekwondo Association, ensuring a respectful and professional environment. Media consent is required, as photos and videos will be captured for promotional use.
