POOMSAE COMPETITION THEORY
1 - Competition Area: 10m x 10m square; contestants must stay within boundaries.
2 - Divisions: Classified by age, gender, and belt level; compulsory poomsae assigned per division.
3 - Performance Time: Each poomsae should be completed in 30–90 seconds depending on the form.
4 - Judging Criteria:
4.1 - Accuracy (4 points) → Correct movements, stances, techniques.
4.2 - Presentation (6 points) → Speed, power, rhythm, expression of energy, balance
