The Club Registration Form is an essential document for all prospective members of Strive Taekwondo Club. It collects key personal and contact information, ensures alignment with the club’s values and policies, and helps us maintain an organized and secure membership database. Kindly visit out Bylaws Section in order to understand our data usage, collection and safekeeping procedures. Completing this form is the first step in officially joining the club and participating in its activities.

Note: To help support the club’s activities, all members are kindly asked to pay a yearly registration fee of €10, due at the start of each calendar year. If you're joining us from June onwards, you’ll only need to pay half the fee for that year. Please note that the fee is non-refundable.
