Yes! At Strive Taekwondo, we take a holistic approach to personal development. We regularly organize workshops and sessions on topics such as sports psychology, mental resilience, anti-bullying, nutrition, and more. These are designed for all ages and aim to support our members not just as athletes, but as confident, healthy, and well-rounded individuals.
