Building Strive on Solid Ground
At Strive Taekwondo Club, our mission goes beyond training and competition—we are committed to building a strong, transparent, and sustainable foundation that supports our members at every level. That’s why one of our first priorities was to register and align ourselves with key national entities and governing bodies in Malta.
We are proud to be affiliated with the Malta Taekwondo Association (MTA), the official body recognized by World Taekwondo. This affiliation ensures that our athletes are part of a legitimate and structured Taekwondo community, with access to sanctioned events, coaching development, and international opportunities.
In addition, we have taken steps to register with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and the Office of the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations (OCVO). These registrations are not just formalities—they reflect our commitment to transparency, good governance, and ethical management. As a non-profit club, we believe in accountability and reinvesting in our members’ growth.
We are also in the process of securing recognition from AIMS (The Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport), which will further strengthen our commitment to ethical sport practices and connect our athletes to a wider, multidisciplinary sporting network.
These efforts are part of our promise to provide the best possible setup for our members—one that is safe, credible, and future-focused. By aligning with these institutions, we ensure that Strive Taekwondo Club operates with integrity, complies with national standards, and opens doors for our athletes both locally and internationally.
At Strive, we believe in developing the whole person—through sport, education, and a culture of respect and perseverance.
