Stances (Seogi)

[Demonstrate on the spot]

1 - Moa seogi (Closed feet stance)
2 - Narani seogi (Parallel feet stance)
3 - Ap seogi (Walking stance)
4 - Ap kubi seogi (Forward stance)
5 - Juchum seogi (Riding stance/Horse stance)

Blocks (Makgi)

[Demonstrate on Juchum Seogi]

1 - Naeryo makgi (Downward block)
2 - Momtong an makgi (Body inner block)
3 - Ollyeo makgi (Low block)

Hand Strikes (Chigi)

[Demonstrate on Ap Seogi. Arm used should be opposing the front leg]

1 - Arae baro jireugi (Downward/Low forward punch)
2 - Momtong baro jireugi (Body forward punch)
3 - Olgul baro jireugi (Face forward punch)

Kicks (Chagi)

[Demonstrate on Ap Seogi]

1 - Moreup chagi (Knee strike)
2 - Ap chagi (Front kick)
3 - Bandal chagi (Half turning kick)

B - FITNESS REQUIREMENTS

1 - Shuttle Runs [2 times]
2 - Single-Leg Balance [20 seconds each leg]
3 - Push Ups [5 reps]
4 - Squats [5 reps]
5 - Plank Hold [20 seconds hold]

C - KYORUGI (SPARRING)

1 round x 45 seconds [Remarks: On floppy targets]
