1. What should I wear to my first class?
Comfortable sportswear is fine for your first few sessions. Later, you’ll need the official Taekwondo uniform (dobok) and Club T-Shirt, which we can help you order.

2. How often are training sessions held?
Training sessions are held multiple times a week. The schedule varies by age group and level. Please check our timetable or contact us for details.

3. How many sessions per week do I have to attend?
For steady progress, we recommend attending at least twice a week.

4. Which class should I join?
You can join our ongoing classes. Our instructors tailor sessions to suit each individual’s level and needs. We also have sparring competition specific classes and strength & conditioning classes.

5. Do males and females train together?
Yes! We strongly believe in the benefits of mixed-gender classes.
